The car is at a community out reach centre that does mobile health clinics, the centre (called Valley Trust) also has a sort backpackers accomadation in it which is why we were there. I think it is either a trust or government car that was t-boned in an accident and has been left there for ages, doesnt look like it was moved in a while.
People would strip a steal, then strip down a car rather than smash it round here.
All schools here have those signs. I am planning on getting a pic of the sign with kids playing in the background. Most schools have no smoking, no needles, no knives, no alcahol and no guns signs!
Aparently Mongolians are allowed AK47's though I am yet to see one. Only seen one asian in this country and sadly he wasn't a Mongolian :(
